No. You can also book in person at Tiffany's or on the beach. However, booking online guarantees that you will have a chair available plus will give you access to the online only discounts and sales.

First, tips are NOT mandatory and are reserved for excellent service! Having said this, our attendees make much of their income from tips, so if you feel your provider has been super attentive, it is always appreciated.

If it rains prior to your arrival and you cancel, no charge. If it rains within 1 hour after your rental begins and you would like to leave, we’re happy to provide a refund.

Absolutely. You can always select from whatever seats are available. If you request a particular spot online prior to your arrival, we will reserve these if they aren’t already taken.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
